Scritta da James Van Heusen e Sammy Cahn per il film “The Joker is wild” (1957, il titolo italiano è “Il Jolly è impazzito”), nel film è cantata dal protagonista, Frank Sinatra (che vi interpreta il ruolo di un cantante di successo che rischia di giocarsi la carriera a causa dell'alcool). La canzone, che vinse l'Oscar nel 1957, fu incisa da Sinatra quell'anno in 45 giri.
